ABOUT
The "Why" is so important. It is sometimes the difference between others engaging or dismissing without hesitation.
Often life is not about what you have to say, but what you do and all the more what you choose to not do. We can be what we love and demonstrate that daily. At Fresh Hour LLC. We want to do just that- offer a fresh, intentional perspective to improve systems that impact our community. Fully committed to continuous improvement, we strive to walk beside those who want to make a difference offering hope and actionable strategies. We are in this together and it would be my privilege to help you uncover your why and walk into a stronger tomorrow.

Beth has always had a passion for family strengthening. As a certified Trauma and Resilience Coach, she has worked with children and families for over 17 years. Her life experience as a foster and adoptive parent help make coaching and training experiences relevant and effective.
As a public school teacher, private school principal and childcare provider, she has recognized the lasting impact individuals can have in the lives of families through an intentional approach. She has had the opportunity to see cycles broken and children's lives made better. Beth uses her experience to encourage and promote applicable, relevant change in systems that impact the wellness of our community.
Her dream is that all service delivery systems will implement trauma informed care practices and promote experiences that help others build resilience and overcome diversity. As a newly adoptive parent (7 kiddos), she is very grateful for the experience ministry and life has afforded her up to this point. Her motto is; "never leave the one behind."
She has worked with various agencies including non profits and the State of Florida. No project is too small or big! As a big picture thinker she has been able to successfully pioneer and streamline service delivery systems within the state of Florida.
